Role Overview
A GCC-based electromechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a long-term high-rise project.
The role leads design, coordination, execution, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with specifications, QHSE requirements, and authority regulations.
Basic Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- English and Arabic language proficiency.
- Computer literacy and a UAE-approved driving license.
- Minimum 12 years of MEP experience with high-rise projects.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead design, coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems for high-rise construction projects.
- Review contract documents, specifications, BOQs, cost estimates, and project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP systems with other disciplines and resolve design conflicts.
- Verify designs and perform mechanical engineering calculations, including ESP and head loss.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise mechanical works for compliance with approved requirements.
