Role Overview
An international main contractor is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise building projects in the UAE.
The role requires a hands-on construction professional with leadership experience and a record of safe, timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health and safety, and contractual requirements.
- Drive project performance, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of GCC construction experience, preferably including the last 4 years in the UAE.
- At least 4 years as a Project Manager on major building projects.
- Experience delivering high-rise developments in the GCC or UAE.
- Main contracting experience in the UAE or GCC is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks' notice.
