- Collaborate with the onboarding team to improve verification workflows and reduce false positives
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance metrics and participate in audits and internal reviews
- Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs preferred
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with compliance software and tools
- Proficiency in English

Qualifications
