About The Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand customer base.
  • The role requires proactive market analysis, client engagement, and product promotion to architects, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior design sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide after sales support and resolve any client issues promptly to foster long term relationships.
