- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility
- Provide after sales support and resolve client issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior design sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self motivated, goal oriented, able to work independently and in a team

- Self motivated, goal oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
