- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress
- Identify potential risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster a collaborative environment within the project team
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in consulting or services
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification highly desirable
- Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent project tracking software
