Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans
- Assist in procurement activities, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Support the technical team by facilitating resource availability and resolving project related issues
- Conduct project reviews and post project evaluations to identify lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the technical or engineering sectors
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze technical documents and specifications
- Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent are preferred
