Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires a bachelor’s degree Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing production with manufacturing process development or improvement
• Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preference for CREO/ ProE )
• Experience with technical writing , interpreting and improving technical drawings and communicating technical information to different audiences

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to identify , reduce and eliminate cost, quality and schedule constraints through technical engagements along with an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and keeps pace with advances in technology
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines in a team environment .
• Experience with MRP systems and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments
• Ability to work in highly controlled, constraint driven production environment
• Good communicator with confidence to engage both shop floor teams and senior management
