Manager - Electronics

In this role the Manager (EE, Advanced Structures) actively participate in NPI, redesign and sustenance activities on electrical & electronics design, development, verification, and validation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages, develops, and motivates a team of electrical & electronics engineers to deliver engineering solutions.

Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.

Performs project Planning, develops and administers budget, schedules and performance standards.

Performs resource planning, analyses hiring requirements, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance

Leads departmental initiatives to enhance organization process improvements.

Manages project technical risks and develops mitigation plan

Performs Competency Assessment and Leadership development Review

Strong affinity towards technology & innovation and drives new technology ideas & development

Drive for continuous improvement.

Sets goals and objectives for team members and conducts performance reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications with 13+ years of Industry experience with experience in leading power electronic product design and development projects

Good knowledge on electronic product design and development process (DO-254 or equivalent), from requirement till delivery including product qualification (DO-160 or equivalent)

strong technical background related product development to own the electrical design related to Analog and Mixed Signal, Low voltage power supply Design

Hands on with document writing, Presentation, Project task efforts estimation, guiding team members.

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications
