Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of a large scale education transformation and professional development program
- Serve as the overall project owner and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Develop and oversee project plans, governance structures, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure project objectives, milestones, and quality standards are achieved across all phases of the engagement
- Establish and manage PMO structures, reporting frameworks, steering committees, and governance mechanisms
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Produce executive level status reports and presentations for partners and client leadership
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups throughout the program lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government and education sector stakeholders
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive level discussions
- Manage communications with client counterparts and drive stakeholder alignment
- Provide strategic recommendations and facilitate key decision making processes
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm
- Current or previous experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Proven track record of managing complex consulting engagements from initiation through completion
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of consultants and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience serving as the primary engagement lead with clients and senior partners
- Strong project delivery, PMO, and governance management experience
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Master's degree preferred (MBA, Public Policy, Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline)
