Sr. Manager Logistics Operations

Role Overview

Supply Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure coverage and service-level adherence.
• Launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes.

3PL and Operations Management

• Manage 3PL selection, onboarding, performance management, and contract renewals.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners and maintain compliance, efficiency, and rider quality.
• Lead on-ground operations to ensure daily service quality and compliance.

Performance and Process Improvement

• Monitor supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, churn, retention, compliance, rider NPS, and related KPIs.
• Implement standardized processes, digital tools, automation, and technology-enabled performance initiatives.
• Oversee uniforms, delivery boxes, e-bikes, and other operational equipment.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Coach and develop managers, senior staff, and specialists across supply, 3PL, and operations.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams on strategies and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience leading logistics supply, rider operations, or a comparable operational function.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, including onboarding and performance management.
• Ability to lead and develop managers, senior staff, and specialists across supply, 3PL, and operations functions.
• Ability to manage operational KPIs and SLAs covering supply, rider performance, retention, compliance, and service quality.
• Ability to collaborate with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams on shared strategies and deliverables.
