Responsibilities

• Lead Qatar's rider supply ecosystem and maintain a sustainable, high-quality, high-performing rider base.
• Develop supply growth and acquisition strategies aligned with demand and market dynamics.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning for coverage and service-level adherence.
• Launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes.
• Manage third-party logistics partnerships from selection and onboarding through performance management and renewal.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for partners and maintain strategic relationships with key providers.
• Lead the on-ground operations team and monitor supply, EPH, order-on-time, churn, retention, NPS, and coverage metrics.
• Implement standardized processes, digital tools, automation, and technology-enabled performance initiatives.
• Coach and develop managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, third-party logistics, and operations.
• Coordinate with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams on strategies and deliverables.
• Oversee uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes to maintain operational standards.
• Build long-term plans to sustain growth and strengthen market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or an equivalent field; equivalent compliance or auditing experience is considered.
• At least five years of operational experience in fast-paced environments.
• FoodTech logistics experience is a plus.
• Management consulting experience is a significant advantage.
• Management experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to manage complexity and drive decisions.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency and strong analytical reasoning.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is desirable but not necessary.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
• Able to travel to all Talabat markets as needed.
