Role Overview
The role leads business analytics to support data-driven decision-making, business performance, and strategic growth.
The position partners with Finance, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.
The role may be an individual contributor or may lead a small team.
Qualifications and Experience
- An MBA in Finance, CA, or an equivalent business qualification is required.
- The role requires 8–14 years of relevant experience in a telecommunications environment.
- Experience managing telecom partners is required.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, FP&A, global telecom networks, and basic access technologies is required.
- Financial and commercial knowledge covering cost and margin analysis is required.
Analytics and Performance
- Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy.
- Build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for business performance.
- Analyze telecom KPIs and network performance.
- Ensure data governance, reporting automation, and organization-wide analytics adoption.
- Build the annual operating plan and forecast.
