Act as the first technical point of contact for customers and identify technical problems.
Assign trouble tickets to the appropriate technical teams.
Maintain productivity and quality according to established standards.
Handle TSC emails and ensure applicable targets are met.
Handle escalations and customer queries.
Work under pressure and in shifts.

Graduation in Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Engineering is required.
Ability to use email, the internet, Word, and other software is required.
Fluency in English is required; a second foreign language is an asset.
Exposure to ISP operations is preferred.
