- Utilize AI powered design tools to improve design workflows, generate concepts, create visualizations, and support decision making
- Manage multiple high profile projects from initial client brief to final installation, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project
- Develop detailed design documentation, including mood boards, 3D renderings, material palettes, and furniture specifications
- Research industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in interior design
- Experience using AI assisted design and visualization tools
- Ability to lead conceptualization and development of innovative interior design concepts
- Strong portfolio of high profile projects
- Proficiency in design documentation including mood boards, 3D renderings, material palettes, and furniture specifications
