- Drive GCE revenue by maximizing group, conference, and event sales opportunities through proactive selling strategies and strong conversion of customer inquiries
- Optimize business performance by reviewing business plans, identifying revenue gaps, and implementing initiatives to fill capacity and meet commercial targets
- Lead sales strategy execution by aligning departmental activity with the hotel’s selling strategy, ensuring compliance and adaptability to market conditions
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and strengthen the hotel’s competitive positioning
- Ensure process accuracy by conducting regular spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and high quality execution across systems and procedures
- Promote the hotel by organizing and participating in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business
- Inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members; conducting performance evaluations, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements

Job Description
- Hilton is looking for a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Manager to drive revenue by leading strategic GCE sales efforts and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive GCE revenue: Maximize group, conference, and event sales opportunities through proactive selling strategies and strong conversion of customer inquiries
