- Manage and support AMI software applications

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with utility standards and policies
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified in AMI/MDM/HES platform administration, ITIL or equivalent, and database or system integration technologies (Oracle, API/middleware, or equivalent)
- Minimum 9 years of experience in application engineering or similar field
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, SOA/ESB integrations
- Experience with system integration, databases, application support, and enterprise utility systems
- Knowledge of utility operations, metering systems, and smart grid technologies
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and application troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project coordination skills

Role Overview
- The Sr. Engineer (AMI Application) is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) applications and related systems.
- The role ensures the reliable operation of AMI platforms, supports system integrations, manages application enhancements, and provides technical expertise to support smart metering and utility business operations.
