- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
- Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Maintain data backup procedures and support disaster recovery planning
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support activities
- Support software updates, system upgrades, and security patch management
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network and information security measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with IT security practices and data backup/recovery procedures is an advantage
