Job Summary
The Senior Electrical Engineer works under the Section Head to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for plant electrical equipment.
The role covers monthly and annual outages, overhauls, maintenance staff coordination, work orders, reporting, procurement support, and compliance activities.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Assign preventive and corrective maintenance jobs, supervise staff, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate work status and corrective action.
- Execute SAP CMMS work orders and coordinate job completion and technical matters with the planning engineer.
- Support the Maintenance Manager and annual scheduled-maintenance plan.
- Evaluate purchase quotations, prepare requisitions, and maintain strategic spares within budget constraints.
- Review maintenance procedures and work instructions and coordinate personnel assigned to the area.
Management and Compliance
- Ensure environmental aspect-impact assessments and hazard-risk assessments are completed, controlled, and updated.
- Implement and report Integrated Management System objectives, targets, programs, and performance.
- Ensure legal, contractual, organizational, and operational requirements are met.
