Role overview
The role supports disciplined execution of country portfolio priorities and leadership governance across the KSA portfolio.
The Portfolio Coordination Manager manages operating cadence, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and completion of actions and commitments.
The position provides exposure to strategic, operational, commercial, financial, legal, and governance topics across the portfolio.
Leadership governance and PMO
- Prepare agendas for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and management workshops.
- Consolidate materials from functions, assets, and project teams.
- Prepare minutes, decision logs, and action trackers with clear owners and deadlines.
- Track action closure, maintain decision registers, and escalate matters requiring leadership attention.
Executive reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
- Develop executive dashboards covering business performance, key risks, major priorities, and management actions.
- Prepare materials for executive committees, boards, shareholders, lenders, and senior management reviews.
