Position and purpose
Position title: Associate Manager P&C.
Location: Rabigh, KSA.
Manage operational activities of the P&C department or section and improve systems and procedures for quality and efficiency.
Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key accountabilities
- Analyze and document business processes and problems and improve solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage staff under the department communication matrix and conduct limited employee performance reviews.
- Schedule work assignments, rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, backup coverage, and shifts.
- Schedule and conduct department meetings and support productivity and quality goals.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and process new employee documentation.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers about department operations and follow local labour law developments.
- Monitor the onboarding of new employees.
- Identify competency gaps and implement necessary actions.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations of reporting employees.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their training performance.
- Identify and control hazards, monitor operational controls, and report integrated management system deviations.
