Sr Dir - Market Integration

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain data center resilience , operational reliability, and business continuity throughout transitions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration and Partnership

Partner with the Market Integration team, federated infrastructure teams, and other business units to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless integration of infrastructure.

Act as a key advisor to leadership on infrastructure governance, security, and operational continuity during MA&D.

Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to address integration challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Oversee resource (employee) integration, ensuring alignment of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities across merged or divested entities.
