Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5T)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5T) to join our team in Newbridge . This role involves completing scheduled deliveries and collections across the local area, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections within designated routes

Load and unload goods safely and securely

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timescales

Obtain proof of delivery and accurately complete delivery documentation

Provide a professional and courteous service to customers

Plan routes effectively to maximise delivery efficiency

Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies

Skills and Knowledge

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Previous multi-drop driving experience preferred

Experience driving 3.5-tonne vehicles

Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills

Strong customer service and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading deliveries

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Desirable

Previous logistics, courier or parcel delivery experience

Knowledge of handheld delivery scanners or POD systems

Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment
