3+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations and management of IT Operations with strong experience in end-to-end testing of MAWM application s. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for our MAWM implementations.
- Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems -primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM).
- Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support end to end testing of MAWM applications with good experience in Functional/ Extension, Regression Testing and Test automation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials where necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations to ensure seamless integration and operation of our MAWM solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within our MAWM solutions.
- Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business
- Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM.
Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 3+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations with focus on regression testing. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems
