The Opportunity
Conjugate QADDS is hiring experienced Electrical Project Managers for data centre and AI infrastructure opportunities.
The work covers data centres, mission-critical, hyperscale, colocation, EPC, utilities, and industrial infrastructure environments.
The role involves managing complex electrical infrastructure through delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project delivery from design through commissioning and handover.
- Manage electrical contractors, consultants, vendors, and specialist subcontractors.
- Coordinate HV, MV, and LV electrical systems and associated infrastructure.
- Manage project programme, cost, quality, and resources.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, structural, and specialist systems teams.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and energisation activities.
- Identify and resolve technical and project delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Manage client and consultant relationships.
Ideal Profile
- The profile indicates 7–15+ years of electrical project experience.
- Strong data centre or mission-critical experience is sought.
- Experience with HV, MV, and LV systems is sought.
- Experience with UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, and electrical distribution is sought.
- Experience with testing and commissioning is sought.
- Experience managing electrical contractors and multidisciplinary teams is sought.
- Hyperscale or colocation experience is highly desirable.
- International project experience is an advantage.
- Relevant backgrounds include data centres, utilities, power, oil and gas, semiconductor, EPC, industrial, and mission-critical environments.
