The Sales Manager will drive sales growth and expand the client base.
The position requires strategic sales thinking, real estate interest, and a proven sales track record.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients and analyze market trends.
- Plan monthly sales targets and execute activities within the required timeframe.
- Develop new business opportunities across geographies through research and lead generation.
- Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, channel partners, and real estate agents or brokers.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Guide clients through property selection, negotiations, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Pay and Compensation
- Compensation includes a fixed monthly amount plus commission.
