Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai’s competitive off-plan segment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and HNI clients.
- Leverage your network to generate consistent, high-quality leads.
- Deliver a world-class sales experience and uphold the brand’s premium positioning.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities and maximize growth.
Language Skills
- German, Turkish, French, Dutch, Spanish, Hebrew, or Polish language skills are good to have.
Requirements
- Strong broker and HNI client connections.
- Proven real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Passionate, driven, and performance-oriented approach.
