Conjugate Consulting is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager for a mega refinery or petrochemical project.
The role requires strong environmental compliance and hydrocarbon or chemical complex experience.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, or M.Sc. or M.Tech in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
- 20+ years of experience in core environmental management.
- Experience with hydrocarbon or chemical complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations including FMEnv, NESREA, and DPR/NUPRC.
- Proven experience in EIA, EMP, and environmental management for major projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or accredited EIA Practitioner credentials are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Construction Environmental Management Plan, waste minimization, and effluent control.
- Liaise with environmental regulatory authorities and ensure compliance.
- Oversee effluent treatment, oily water separators, air emissions, and noise monitoring.
- Manage biodiversity, hazardous waste, and groundwater protection programs.
