Lead Area HSE activities for refinery and petrochemical construction projects.
Manage HSE across major construction projects with workforces exceeding 5,000 people.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Full-time diploma in Industrial Safety.
- NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or GradIOSH qualification.
- Experience managing HSE for mega projects with more than 5,000 workers.
- Strong expertise in high-risk construction, heavy lifting, excavation, scaffolding, work at height, and pre-commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Area HSE execution and zero-harm initiatives.
- Conduct HAZID, HIRA, constructability, and SIMOPS reviews.
- Manage incident investigations, root-cause analysis, emergency response, and statutory reporting.
- Drive HSE compliance across EPC contractors and subcontractors.
