Overview
You will be incharge of managing quality of inbound/outbound products in the warehouse as per the quality standards set by the company.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Perform inbound QC checks (temperature, shelf life, labeling, product condition).
2.
Enforce FIFO/FEFO and proper product segregation.
3.
Monitor warehouse hygiene, storage conditions, and cold chain compliance.
4.
Lead product rejection and supplier non-conformance reporting.
5.
Track supplier performance/evaluation and follow up on CAP.
6.
Conduct outbound quality checks before dispatch to stores.
7.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and compliance with the approved SOPs & procedures .
8.
Report & escalate on KPIs (rejections, wastage, deviations) to management in a timely manner .
