About the Role
Alfanar is looking for a Senior Consultant, SAP MDG to ensure effective Master Data Governance. The role involves defining the product roadmap, owning the MDG product lifecycle, overseeing integration with SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap for enterprise data governance tools (e.g. Pilog, SAP MDG)
- Align with global data strategy and business objectives
- Own end to end MDG product lifecycle
- Implement governance rules, workflows, validations, and controls as per business owners decisions
- Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, Data Dictionary, APIs, data services, and legacy systems
- Ensure compatibility across alfanar eco system
- Recommend and implement upon business owner approval data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives
- Partner with data stewards to maintain high quality master data, qualify the dictionary
- Define migration strategy, mapping rules, transformation logic
- Oversee cutover and mock tests for global rollouts
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and data teams
- Collect requirements, manage and execute backlog, and prioritize features
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 years of work experience
- Data Governance and Stewardship
- Data Quality Assurance
- Corporate Data Architecture Standards

Job Purpose
- Ensure an effective Master Data Governance (MDG) product that supports alfanar’s global data strategy.
- Maintaining high quality, compliant, and well integrated master data across systems, enabling consistent, secure, and reliable data for enterprise operations.
Key Accountability Areas
- Define the product roadmap for enterprise data governance tools (e.g. Pilog, SAP MDG).
- Align with global data strategy and business objectives.
- Own end to end MDG product lifecycle.
- Implement governance rules, workflows, validations, and controls as per the business owners decisions.

Academic Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
- Work Experience 6 to 10 Years
