Sr. Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Role Overview

Work Schedule

• Candidates should be ready to work on any shift.
• The initial schedule is expected to be an Indian regular shift, with possible later Australia or US shifts.

CRM Development

• Administer, implement, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Customize entities and write client-side JavaScript for sitemaps.
• Develop business process flows with multiple entities, conditional branching, and role-driven processes.
• Create workflows and plugins and manage relationships, cascading rules, hierarchical data, entity mapping, and connection roles.

Design and Delivery

• Gather requirements for complex scenarios, prototype independently, identify impacted modules, and provide estimates.
• Create application designs, business logic, navigation, screen flows, layouts, and design standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines in accordance with SDLC methodologies.
• Prepare documentation, procedures, reusable assets, training materials, and technical recommendations.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficiency in ASP.NET, Web services, C#, HTML, and JavaScript is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development is required.
• Experience with programming, security, unit testing, documentation, and Agile teams is required.
• Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction skills are required.

Testing and Project Work

• Create iteration and system integration test plans, develop and review test cases, and conduct unit testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis, verify builds and test environments, and create business scenario test cases or automation scripts.
• Plan resources, estimate complex work, track budget variances, and execute medium projects.
• Support customer management, process improvement, and pre-sales responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Supporting Technologies

• Azure DevOps and Power BI are identified as supporting tools for pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
• The role involves application architecture, design principles, performance engineering, and industry tools and frameworks.
