- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget
- Responsible for overall management of PMC Construction teams including Construction Engineers and Supervisors
- Coordinate all Construction activities for the Project
- Ensure all aspects of Construction work scopes are effectively managed and performed by all Contractors
- Ensure constructability is effectively addressed from FEED stage through completion of EPC phase
- Ensure EPC and other Construction Contractors adhere to Project HSSE and Quality standards
- Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities
- Review Contractor's Construction procedures, specifications, method statements and fabrication drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years (preferred) in GCC region
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects (more than 1 Billion US$)
- ADNOC Project Experience is required
- FEED/EPC Experience is required
- Offshore Project experience is required
- Brown field/Offshore experience is required

Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.
- Responsible for the overall management of the PMC Construction teams including Construction Engineers and Construction Supervisors.
- Co ordinate all Construction activities for the Project.
- Ensure all aspects of Construction work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by all Contractors.
- Ensure constructability is effectively addressed from the FEED stage through to the completion of the EPC phase by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure EPC and other Construction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Quality standards.
- Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract.
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Construction issues during the different phase of the works.
- Ensure an effective safety plan on Construction Site during construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, and start up of the Project.
- Seeking consultations with and assistance from the relevant PMC home office disciplines, as required.
Minimum Experience And Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of FEED/ EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC projects (more than 1 Billion US$).
- ADNOC Project Experience is required.
- FEED/EPC Experience is required.
- Offshore Project experience is required.
- Brown field/ Offshore experience is required.
