Worley seeks a Static and Package Equipment Specialist for mega Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role leads static equipment engineering during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases
- Provide technical leadership for design, specification, and procurement of static equipment including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, filters, reactors, and package equipment
- Develop and review equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documentation
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards
- Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Procurement disciplines
- Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements
- Support constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and cost optimization initiatives
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, constructability workshops, and technical meetings
- Monitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
- Interface effectively with clients, licensors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry (if no degree)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases
- Strong knowledge of international standards including ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, and NACE
- PMC experience preferred

- Support constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and cost optimization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university; or minimum 15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience required.
- PMC experiences are preferable.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
- Strong knowledge of international standards and codes including ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, and NACE requirements.
- Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and fabrication oversight for static equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.
