About the Role
Worley seeks a Procurement Quality Specialist for ADNOC Offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures procured materials and equipment comply with project specifications and quality standards through supplier qualification, inspection, and documentation review.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement quality surveillance strategies in line with project and ADNOC requirements.
- Participate in supplier prequalification, technical capability assessments, and quality audits.
- Review purchase requisitions, material requisitions, procurement specifications, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor inspections throughout manufacturing, witnessing critical activities.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, and release documentation.
- Ensure compliance with material specifications, verify Material Test Certificates and traceability.
- Review supplier Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions.
- Review Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and ensure vendor documentation is complete before shipment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Expediting, Logistics, Inspection Agencies, and Vendors.
- Promote ADNOC's HSE culture and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- ADNOC project experience
- Offshore project experience
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent preferred
- PMC experience preferred

Job Purpose
- The Procurement Quality Specialist ensures procured materials, equipment, and packages for ADNOC Offshore projects comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and contractual quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement quality surveillance strategies.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Project Quality Plan and ITPs.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in supplier prequalification and technical capability assessments.
- Perform supplier quality audits and surveillance visits.
- Review purchase requisitions, material requisitions, and procurement specifications.
- Review vendor quality plans, manufacturing procedures, and inspection procedures.
- Participate in technical bid evaluations from a quality perspective.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor inspections throughout manufacturing.
- Witness critical manufacturing activities including welding, NDT, hydrostatic testing, FAT.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and coordinate Third Party Inspection Agency activities.
- Verify material traceability and compliance with approved procedures.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- At least 5 years in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC project experience required.
- Offshore project experience required.
- PMC experience preferred.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
