About the Role
Worley is seeking a Senior Construction/Installation Manager for a mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including 5+ years in a similar position for mega projects, and ADNOC project experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget
- Responsible for overall management of PMC Construction teams including Construction Engineers and Supervisors
- Coordinate all Construction activities for the Project
- Ensure all aspects of Construction work scopes are effectively managed and performed by all Contractors
- Ensure constructability is effectively addressed from FEED stage through completion of EPC phase
- Ensure EPC and other Construction Contractors adhere to Project HSSE and Quality standards
- Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities
- Review Contractor's Construction procedures, specifications, method statements and fabrication drawings
- Monitor allocation of Construction resources and recommend corrective actions
- Review and approval of Permit to Work and coordination with Owner Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects (more than 1 Billion US$)
- ADNOC Project Experience
- FEED/EPC Experience
- Offshore Project experience
- Brown field/Offshore experience

Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities

- Ensure an effective safety plan on Construction Site during construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, and start up.
- Seeking consultations with and assistance from relevant PMC home office disciplines.
Minimum Experience And Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
- At least five (5) years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects (more than 1 Billion US$).
- ADNOC Project Experience is required.
- FEED/EPC Experience is required.
- Offshore Project experience is required.
- Brown field/Offshore experience is required.
