Responsibilities
- Administer the end to end staff engagement platform, including communications and campaigns.
- Administer the performance system, including maintaining employee database, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Provide training and development to users on the performance system.
- Generate and prepare annual performance reports for calculation of staff merit increases and/or incentives.
- Support preparation of L&D Strategies, annual L&D plans, and budgeting.
- Administer the Learning Experience Platform and ensure learning paths are mapped.
- Assist in implementation of training and professional development activities.
- Prepare all payments related to Knowledge and Growth activities.
- Support Staff Promotion, Staff Performance Appeals, Succession Management activities.
- Work closely with People Experience team and ensure synergy on HRIS systems.
- Establish dashboards for timely reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Support Knowledge and Growth communication campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- CIPD, SHRM Certification, or any HR Certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- English language is compulsory
- Arabic and/or French is a plus

Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for providing operational support to the Knowledge and Growth activities, initiatives, and systems including Learning & Development, Performance Development, Staff Engagement, Staff Promotion, P&C strategy and performance, and Succession Management in adherence to current po
Key Accountabilities
- Staff Engagement: Administer the end to end staff engagement platform, including communications and campaigns, maintaining the employee database, monitoring adherence to standard protocols, and report on the progress of surveys and results.
- Performance Development: Administer the performance system in itfc from maintaining employee database to goal setting and performance reviews or check ins. Provide training and development to all users. Report status on progress. Ensure data sanity and establish dashboards. Generate annual performan
- Learning & Development: Support preparation of L&D Strategies, annual L&D plans, and budgeting. Administer the Learning Experience Platform. Assist in implementation of training and professional development activities. Prepare payments related to Knowledge and Growth activities.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
