- Monitor and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules, landscaping cycles, and service routines
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, restrooms, pantries, landscaping, and waste management activities
- Verify service quality against established standards and SLAs
- Track and monitor vendor performance, manpower deployment, attendance, and service delivery
- Identify recurring service issues and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure workplace experience standards related to cleanliness, comfort, and presentation are consistently maintained
- Maintain inspection records, service deficiency logs, and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant certification
- 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience, specifically within Soft Services
- Strong understanding of cleaning operations, landscaping maintenance, waste management, and workplace services
- Experience managing cleaning and landscaping contracts
- Familiarity with CAFM systems is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, inspection skills, and vendor management capabilities
- Strong communication and reporting skills
