Job Description

  • AutoSync is seeking a high performing Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding market share across Canada.
  • This role focuses on selling AutoSync's digital retail and marketing ecosystem: TAdvantage, TRFFK, and Motoinsight.
  • The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong automotive retail knowledge and experience selling SaaS or digital solutions.

What you'll do

  • New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new dealership opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting franchise and independent dealerships.
  • Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, GSMs, Marketing Managers, and Fixed Ops leaders.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and OEM program alignment.
  • Solution Selling: Position AutoSync's ecosystem as a connected digital retail and marketing solution.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, consistently achieve or exceed quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Performance Managers, OEM teams, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Leadership.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Automotive retail, SaaS, digital marketing, or dealership technology experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing net new business.
  • Experience managing consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive digital retailing.
  • Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline.
  • Executive presence with dealership leadership.
  • Negotiation and closing expertise.
