Responsibilities
- Own the end to end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles (approximately 70% of workload), from intake through offer acceptance
- Recruit for additional business critical roles, including Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialist positions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure high quality hiring decisions
- Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes, processes, and stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for Engineering and other technical roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders
- A data driven mindset, using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring performance
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment

What you'll do

Compensation
- The expected compensation for this position is CAD 90K 110K.
