About Activix and the Role

  • Activix helps automotive dealerships improve performance through CRM, AI, and strategic consulting.
  • The Performance Manager acts as a strategic partner to a portfolio of dealerships, combining data analysis, best practices, and Activix solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build long term trusted relationships.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present actionable recommendations to optimize sales, follow up, and retention.
  • Coach managers and teams through tailored training and performance coaching.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Activix solutions including CRM and Matador.
  • Plan and facilitate regular business review meetings.
  • Develop action plans, monitor progress, and measure results.
  • Identify emerging client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage service agreement renewals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams.
  • Document client interactions and contribute to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive industry or with dealerships.
  • Experience in account management, consulting, customer success, or business development.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM or SaaS solutions.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
