- Prospect, qualify, and close new dealership opportunities across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting franchise and independent dealerships.
- Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and other dealership leaders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and OEM program alignment.
- Conduct discovery meetings to uncover operational challenges, digital gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Position AutoSync's ecosystem as a connected digital retail and marketing solution.
- Sell TAdvantage website platform, TRFFK AI driven advertising, and Motoinsight digital retailing solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on dealership digital transformation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Manage consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in automotive retail, SaaS, digital marketing, or dealership technology strongly preferred
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing net new business
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive digital retailing
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline
- High level consultative selling skills
- Strong discovery and objection handling abilities
- Executive presence with dealership leadership
- Negotiation and closing expertise
- Strategic account planning
