About the Role
Coca-Cola Arena is seeking a Sports Account Manager on a freelance basis to lead account management for Dubai Basketball. - Lead account management for anchor tenant Dubai Basketball
- Act as primary point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of all services and deliverables while building lasting client relationships
- Work cross functionally across departments such as ticketing, marketing, operations, and commercial to ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular client check ins, gather feedback, and implement necessary actions to enhance service delivery
- Oversee timely and high quality execution of all contractual and operational deliverables
- Attend and support all Dubai Basketball home games
- Manage reporting respective to gamedays
- Collaborate with Sports Projects team to identify commercial opportunities
- Attend all client related meetings including pre event and post event briefs, ensuring full alignment and follow through
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in similar role in Account Management
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- IT literate including the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with multicultural team
- Driving license and car (Desirable)

About The Role

Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in similar role in Account Management.
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic is a plus.
