About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce high quality graphic design and video content for marketing, branding, and event campaigns
- Design digital and print assets including social media content, digital signage, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Plan, film, edit, and deliver engaging video content for digital platforms, in venue displays, and corporate communications
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video productions
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Coca Cola Arena's brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing, commercial, and event teams
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
- Capture photo and video content during events, rehearsals, and behind the scenes activities
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, project files, and brand resources
- Create LED screen content loops and manage partner content on screens
- Design F&B menus for concessions
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or Certification in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in photography, videography, lighting, and audio capture
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post production techniques
- Strong graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Must have own visa/sponsorship
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
- Arabic is a plus

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Staying current with design trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma or Certification in relevant field.
- Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post production techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in photography, videography, lighting, and audio capture.
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements

- Ability to create engaging content for digital, social media, print, large format, and LED screen environments.
- Strong understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 per month
- Food Allowance: AED 750 per month
- Performance Based Bonus

- This position is open to UAE National applicants.
- This role is on a freelancer agreement and requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship.
