Small Steps Big Dreams is hiring a Speech Therapist or Speech and Language Pathologist to join its team in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports children with communication development, confidence, and individualized care.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The employment type is full-time.
- The work location is in person.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update therapy goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Support parents and caregivers with communication strategies for home use.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and individualized care planning.
- Maintain clinical documentation and follow professional and safeguarding standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
- Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility.
- Experience working with children in a clinical, therapy, special education, or developmental setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with ASD, developmental delays, or communication difficulties is highly desirable.
