Small Steps Big Dreams is hiring ABA Therapists for the upcoming 2026 academic year.
The role supports children in a collaborative therapy environment across multiple locations in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy and child support in a collaborative therapy environment.
- Work across different Dubai locations when required.
Requirements
- ABAT or IBT certification is required.
- A valid UAE visa is required.
- Flexibility to work across different locations in Dubai is required.
- A CDA license is preferred.
- Applicants should be passionate and dedicated about supporting children.
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Start date is during the 2026 academic year.
Workplace
- Work location is in person across multiple locations in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
