About The Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Case Supervisor – BCBA/BCaBA to join our team and provide clinical case supervision and support for school-based clients.
*Case Supervision & Clinical Responsibilities*
- Provide case supervision for school-based clients.
- Conduct observations, behavioural assessments, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement treatment and intervention plans and maintain student programmes.
- Implement ethical, effective, and research-based interventions, with a focus on compassionate care, skill-based treatment, pairing, positive reinforcement, and communication strategies.
- Supervise and provide training and guidance to Behaviour Technicians/LSAs.
- Review Therapist–Parent communications.
- Provide training and guidance to parents and teachers, as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, IEPs, student information, RBT/LSA supervision records, and school/parent communications.
- Report weekly to the Program Director regarding case reviews, student progress, and clinical guidance.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school SEN teams, teachers, and other professionals.
