Key responsibilities
- Make and serve specialty coffee and beverages.
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
- Maintain punctuality and regular, consistent attendance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitised workstation and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items.
Candidate requirements
- Have 1-2 years of experience in the coffee service industry.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry.
- Be experienced and comfortable working busy shifts.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be energetic, friendly, outgoing, dedicated, and focused on outstanding customer service.
