Support kitchen operations by assisting chefs with food preparation and presentation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Food Preparation and Kitchen Support
- Assist chefs in the day-to-day operations of hot and cold kitchen sections.
- Prepare ingredients and support food preparation according to instructions.
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to established quality standards.
Quality and Hygiene Standards
- Strictly adhere to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in line with company policies.
Operations and Efficiency
- Work efficiently in a busy production kitchen environment to ensure timely food preparation.
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Store and handle food items properly to maintain quality and freshness.
Experience
- One year of experience as a Commis 1 is preferred.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
