- Supervise service of all food items in outlets
- Ensure correct workplace health and safety regulations are maintained

Job Description
- Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation as assigned.
- Interacts with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Coordinates functions with other Food & Beverage department heads.
- Assists Executive Chef in supervising kitchen employees, facilities, and costs.
- Controls and analyzes quality levels, guest satisfaction, and costs.
- Assists in production, preparation, and presentation of food items.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
- Conducts hiring, orientation, coaching, and suspension as needed.
- Assists in conducting training sessions for kitchen employees.
- Assists in menu preparation and pricing policy.
- Informs Executive Chef of relevant operational and personal matters.
- Supervises service of all food items in outlets.
