- Coordinate functions with other Food & Beverage department heads
- Assist Executive Chef in supervising kitchen employees, facilities, and costs
- Control and analyze quality levels, guest satisfaction, and costs
- Assist in production, preparation, and presentation of all food items
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations
- Conduct hiring, orientation, coaching, and suspension as needed
- Assist in conducting formal and on the job training for kitchen employees
- Assist in menu preparation and pricing policy
- Supervise service of all food items in outlets
- Ensure workplace health and safety regulations are maintained

Job Description

- Coordinates functions with other Food & Beverage department heads.
- Assists Executive Chef in supervising kitchen employees, facilities, and costs.
- Controls and analyzes quality levels, guest satisfaction, and costs.
- Assists in production, preparation, and presentation of all food items.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
- Conducts hiring, orientation, coaching, and suspension if necessary.
- Assists in conducting formal and on the job training for kitchen employees.
